Forgot or could not use the IRS data Retrieval Tool (DRT) on filing the FAFSA and need to order a filed:

  1. IRS Federal Income Tax 'Return' Transcript,
  2. IRS Federal Income Revenue enhancement 'Account' Transcript (Amended tax filers must order both) and or
  3. W2's for one or more employers.
  4. Federal Income Return Revenue enhancement Preparer or Tax Agency (H&R Block, TaxCut, TurboTax, etc.) signed copies.
  5. Proof  that you did non file a Federal Income Taxation Return (non-filing) for the requested fafsa filing yr.
